Betekenis:
Heart:
Je hart is gericht op lust. Je bent levenslustig.
Head:
Richt je op lust en het maken van plezier. Visualiseer dat je de levenslust vrij laat stromen.
Right leg:
Zet bewust stappen om meer lust te beleven. Bouw een feestje. Doe iets leuks. Ga er op uit.
Left arm:
Accepteer de lust in je leven. Stel je open voor levenslustige mensen. Of: Je weert lust of een wellustig persoon af.
Right arm:
Doe iets dat je plezier geeft. Zorg voor lust in je leven.
Left leg:
Onbewust ben je op weg naar lust en plezier.
Sexuality:
Je seksualiteit staat in het teken van lust en schoonheid. Je bruist van levenslust. Je maakt je niet druk om wat anderen van je vinden. Je bent gemotiveerd om levenslust uit te stralen.
Definition:
De oorzaak van je probleem is lust of wellust. Misschien houd je te weinig rekening met je omgeving. Misschien haal je grappen uit, die eigenlijk niet kunnen.
Good:
Lust en genieten zijn goed. Wellust en plezier hebben een heilzame invloed op lichaam, geest en ziel.
Bad:
Het is niet de tijd om je aan wellust over te geven. Beheers je. Kies de moeilijke weg en leef gedisciplineerd.
Past:
Kort geleden had je plezier en lust in je leven en heb je genoten.
Present:
In het heden heb je plezier en lust in je leven. Het is nu de tijd om te genieten en je wellust uit te leven.
Future:
Droefheid verdwijnt en je krijgt meer plezier. In de nabije toekomst word je wellustig en opgewekt.
Result:
Plezier en genot zijn het gevolg van de ontstane situatie. Accepteer het leven zoals het komt en geniet ervan.
Urð:
Er komt lust en plezier. Lust is onvermijdelijk.
Róta:
Wortel jezelf in Lust. Breng levenslust in je leven.
Skuld:
Om je schuld af te lossen dien je lust te bevorderen en je te gedragen als Loki.
